First Aid Boxes & Kits

The case is made of shockproof, orange-colored plastic and has a carrying handle. It features a holder for wall attachment and a closure with 2 rotating clips. The choice between the two variants depends on the number of workers present:
- Medic 2 Annex 1 Base M.D. 388 dated 07/15/2003 and L.D. 81 dated 04/09/2008: for companies or production units in Group A and B and in any case with 3 or more workers;
- Medic 1 Annex 2 Base M.D. 388 of 07.15.2003 and L.D. 81 of 09.04.2008: for companies or production units with less than 3 workers that are not in group A, and for workers working in places other than the company headquarters.
Empty first aid cabinets

The metal cabinet is painted with white epoxy powder. It has two load-bearing doors, 15 compartments, 11 interior shelves and a key lock.
The carbon steel cabinet, on the other hand, is painted with epoxy-polyester by baking in a 180° oven. It has rounded edges, three steel shelves and a door equipped with three accessory holders. Its base is a removable bottle holder and has a key lock.
Finally, the plastic cabinet has two doors, white in color, with 2 fixed interior shelves.
Splinter pencil

The splinter lever pencil is an instrument used for the removal of metal splinters in the eyes. On one side it has a magnetic neodymium tip of exceptional attraction force, which allows the removal of ferrous splinters while avoiding getting the tip dangerously close to the eyeball.
On the other side is an abrasion-resistant nylon loop, which allows the removal of splinters of other nature.
The body and instrument holder are made of anodized aluminum, and neoprene seals ensure a secure grip on the pencil. Supplied in a handy case, it is CE marked.

The Shrapnel lever kit features a Trix model plastic container, a carrying handle and 2 snap-on clips.
Ocular First Aid

Eye wash kit
The case, which is green in color, is made of shockproof polypropylene and features a holder for wall attachment, a carrying handle, and a closure with 2 rotating clips.

Eyewash station
The eye wash station consists of 2 disposable 500ml bottles of sterile saline solution with mounted eye cap for quick use.
It has a thermoformed stand with a transparent front and a dust seal. It has a mirror and comes with screws and dowels for wall mounting.

Eye wash bottle
Made of food-grade polyethylene, the part of the bottle to rest on the eyeball is anatomically shaped to ensure a better fit.
This product allows the eye to be washed with a generous stream of water through the grid on the anatomical cap. Completely removable, it is easily washed and reusable.

Pedestal foot pedestal eye wash
This eyewash variant is particularly suitable for emergency response in chemical plants and laboratories.
The synthetic resin (ABS) pan is anti-corrosive, chrome-yellow in color. The piping is made of hot-dip galvanized steel and coated by immersion with Polyamide 11 (Rilsan) resin, which ensures a long service life even in very aggressive atmospheres. The ball control valve, made of galvanized bronze, has a panic bar actuation. The nozzles have a large flow rate of water spray, and the nozzles are made of nickel-plated and chrome-plated brass, ergonomically positioned.

The eye wash complies with UNI EN 15154-2:2007 and UNI 9608:1993 standards. Please note: As required by UNI 9608, the push-button valve, once operated remains open, leaving both hands free.

Eyewash shower
The floor shower with eye wash is equipped with a diffuser and eye wash tray made of corrosion-resistant synthetic resin (ABS) in chrome-yellow or stainless steel. The piping is made of hot-dip galvanized steel and coated by immersion with Polyamide 11 (Rilsan) resin, which guarantees a long service life even in very aggressive atmospheres. The ball control valve, made of galvanized bronze, has a panic bar actuation. The nozzles have a large water spray capacity, and the nozzles are made of nickel-plated and chrome-plated brass, ergonomically positioned.
