RSPP COURSES

This course is conducted in compliance with the provisions of the New Safety Consolidation Act D. Lgs. 81/2008 and L.D. 195/03, which amended L.D. 626/94 by introducing Art. 8 bis, which provides for the identification of the professional skills and requirements required of the employees and managers of the prevention and protection services for workers.

Module A

It constitutes the mandatory basic course for performing the functions of RSPP and ASPP. It is preparatory to the specialization modules. Applies to any macrosector and constitutes Permanent Training Credit.

Requirements: educational qualification not less than high school diploma.

Duration: the course is divided into 4 days of 8 hours including 28 hours of lecture and 4 hours of final verification. The verification hours are not counted within the lecture hours.

Certificates: a Certificate of Attendance is issued, certifying attendance at the Basic Course Module A (at least 90% of the total hours) and eligibility, where found, to attend the specialization modules.

Module B

Constitutes the mandatory specialization course to perform the functions of RSPP and ASPP appropriate to the nature of the risks present in the workplace and related to work activities. Constitutes Training Credit with five-year usability also for eventual appointment as RSPP and ASPP in another company in the same macrosector. Refresher training is mandatory after 5 years.

 

Requirements: educational qualification not less than high school diploma. Certificate of Eligibility for the Basic Course Module A.

 

Duration: the course varies in duration from 12 to 68 hours depending on the macro sector of reference in addition to the final verification (4 hours). The verification hours are not counted within the class hours.

 

Certificates: the positive outcome of the final verification, together with an attendance of at least 90 percent of the total number of hours, allows the issuance of a Certificate of Attendance, which will also show the macrosector of reference of the course, since it is only within the macrosector concerned that the function of RSPP and ASPP can be carried out.

Module C

Constitutes the mandatory specialization course only to perform the functions of RSPP. Applies to any macrosector and constitutes Continuing Education Credit.

 

Requirements: educational qualification not less than high school diploma. Certificate of Eligibility for the Basic Course Module A.

 

Duration: the course is divided into 4 days of 8 hours,including 24 hours of lecture and 4 hours of final verification. The verification hours are not counted within the lecture hours.

 

Certificates: the positive outcome of the final verification (interview), together with an attendance of at least 90% of the total number of hours, allows the issuance of a Certificate of Attendance.
