First aid Course

These courses as laid down by Legislative Decree 81/08 and Ministerial Decree 388/03 oblige the employer to ensure that each employee receives sufficient and appropriate training in health and safety matters.

Legislative decree 81/2008, under penalty of severe sanctions, obliges the employer to designate employees trained by medical staff, who will take responsibility for managing emergencies, including attending a first aid course. Our first aid course complies with the minimum contents established  by the  current legislation on the matter (art. 45 of Legislative Decree 81/2008) and which stipulates that the employee, by the end of the first aid course, should be able to  carry out the following basic operations efficiently and independently:
• implement the internal emergency actions in order to minimise the medical emergency;
• activate the first aid procedures by calling the emergency numbers.
